Bump Paintball accepts payments through PayPal which currently accepts all major credit cards. PayPal keeps your information safe and your orders secure with the latest in encryption technology. It’s safe, fast, and easy!

CA sales tax of 8.25% only applies to orders shipped to customers within the state of California.

Note: Should you choose to pay with E-Check in PayPal, we cannot ship out your order until it clears, which normally takes a couple of days.

We are PayPal Verified

You may cancel your order anytime just as long as it has not been shipped. But please do keep in mind that we ship out orders either the same or next business day.

Full Cancellation:
To completely cancel your order, email us at orders@bumppaintball.com with your name and invoice number of the order you wish to cancel. Once processed, we will refund the total amount including any shipping charges back to you.

Partial Cancellation:
To cancel only a particular item in your order, email us at orders@bumppaintball.com with your name, invoice number, and the items you wish to cancel. We will then refund you the price of the cancelled item(s) and we’ll rush to ship out the rest hopefully on the same day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will have to go through our returns process.

There will be no returns on markers and HPA tanks. All returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping will not be refunded.

Returns are accepted only with a RMA number with all of the following conditions met:
· Return is within 14 days of delivered date.
· Item(s) is brand new, unopened, undamaged, and in resalable condition.
· Any seals from the manufacture are not tampered or broken.
· Any tags or labels that may have come with the item(s) are not removed.
· All original packaging and contents (blank warranty cards, instructions,
and accessories) must be included with the return.
· Item(s) has never been installed, used, or fired.
· Any free promotions or gifts must be returned as well.

No returns are accepted without a RMA number clearly written on the box. We carefully inspect every item that we ship out. If we receive returned products with a RMA number, but it fails to meet all the returns conditions, the items will be sent back to the sender without refund or a restocking fee may be incurred. We will try our best to inform you with as much information as possible with the compatibilities of every item.

For all returns, email rma@bumppaintball.com for a RMA number with:
· Your name
· Invoice number
· Item(s) you wish to return

We will reply with an RMA number and returns information within 24hrs.

Paintball markers can be dangerous and may cause serious injuries if safety rules are not followed or if they are used for anything other than paintball. Bump Sports and Bump Paintball.com is not liable for any injuries, deaths, or property damages caused by unsafe handling or improper use of any of the products we sell.
